January 31, 2020
- An officer took a report of child abuse from the Perry Middle School. The case is under investigation.
- The Perry Police Department received a report of theft in the 800 block of Fourth Street. In speaking with an officer, the caller was able to locate the vehicle.
- Ryan Charles Proctor, 36, of 507 Third St., Perry, was arrested n a warrant on two counts of fifth-degree criminal mischief.
- The Perry Police Department received a report of domestic abuse in the 1400 block of Fifth Street.
- Carlos Hernandez Salmeron, 22, of 2400 Hickman Road, Des Moines, was arrested on a charge of interference with official acts.
February 1, 2020
- A 2007 Mini Cooper, registered to Jeffrey Alexander Fuentes of 1416 Otley Ave, Perry, collided with a 2008 Nissan Sentra, registered to Nawal Hababi of 603 Third St., Rippey.
- 1998 Dodge Dakota, registered to Amy Jo Holmes, collided with a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country, registered to Bryan Lee Feldhans of Rockwell city. Feldhans was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.
- Smerlin Pena Ullon, 30, of 500 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on two counts of violation of a no-contact order and on Dallas County warrants for failure to appear on original charges of domestic abuse assault, violation of a no-contact order and third-degree criminal mischief.
- The Perry Police Department received a report of burglary in the 1400 block of Sixth St., Perry. The case is under investigation.
February 2, 2020
- Donald Warre Lawrence, 71, of 1305 Sixth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of public intoxiaction.
February 3, 2020
- A 2004 Dodge Neon, registered to James Lee miller, collided with a 2013 Dodge Durango, registered to Taylor Nicole Lathrum. Miller was issued a citation for failure to yield upon entering a through highway.
- Santiago de Jesus Chavez Climaco, 44, of 601 Third St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Jonathan de Jesus Corado Melendrez, 22, of 914 Central St., Perry, was arrested on charges of public intoxication and two counts of first-degree harassment.
