  • A 911 caller said “he needed information about why his girlfriend was stopped on 100th Street right outside of Johnston.” The caller was told “that if the stop was made in Johnston, to contact the Johnston Police Department.” He was also told “not to call 911 for non-emergency issues on the future.”
  • A caller said “he could smell marijuana coming from” a nearby residence. An officer responded and “was not able to identify the small of marijuana coming from any of the apartments.”
  • Izac Kinkenon, 19, 1627 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Perry Police Department warrant on a charge of fifth-degree theft.
  • Izak Kinkennon, 19, 208 Martin St., Bouton, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A caller asked “to speak to an officer about an issue he was having with one of his neighbors.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “she located a backpack by the bus stop on Third Street.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said his neighbor “pushed a bunch of snow on his property.” An officer responded and made contact with the neighbor, who “denied pushing snow up against” the caller’s building and said the caller “used his snowblower and pushed the snow against the building.”
  • A caller said “she is in Adel, trying to get a protective order against” someone and “is concerned he will be at her residence when she gets home.” An officer responded and made contact with someone at the residence, who “claims he pays the rent” and “lived there first.” The person “showed the officer his electric bill in his name at that address.” The caller arrived and said “she did obtain an order but wants to stay at the house because her stuff is there.”
  • A caller said she lost her debit card.
  • A caller said “he was riding his bike on Willis Avenue, and some leaves were covering up a hole, and his front wheel went into it, and he broke his hand.” The caller said the accident “did not happen recently, but his attorney told him to make a police report.” An officer responded.
  • Rosa Oralia Castillo, 49, was issued a citation for failure to stop in a clear and assured distance.
  • A 15-year-old male from Perry was arrested on charges of fifth-degree theft and minor in possession of alcohol.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
