- A caller said “there is a white man, approximately 6′, super thin, with scabs all over his face, smoking marijuana.” An officer responded.
- A caller said her child “suffers from anxiety issues and is on medications that don’t seem to be working.” She said the child “is out of control and won’t stop screaming.” Officers responded.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
