- Kenneth Darril Stout, 48, 2833 Eastern Ave., #3D, Perry, was issued a citation for failure to obey a stop sign and failure to yield right of way.
- Kurt Schoon of Scranton was issued a citation for failure to maintain control and several Iowa Department of Transportation warnings for transportation violations.
- Heather Ann Corrigan, 35, 2628 Marengo Drive, Perry, was arrested on a Perry warrant on a charge of third-degree harassment, a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of domestic abuse assault and trespass and a Dallas County warrant for failure to appears on an original charge of violation of a no-contact order.
