- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of First Avenue.
January 1, 2025
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Eighth Street.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 300 block of Seventh Street. The parties were advised to cease contact.
- Cristian Rodriguez, 31, 203 Eighth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-degree harassment and child endangerment.
January 2, 2025
- A Hyundai Elantra, registered to Lucina Garcia-Medina, was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle on Iowa Highway 141 at J Avenue. Injuries were reported. The vehicle was totaled. The case is under investigation.
