Officers responded to a report of a bicycle theft in the 2900 block of Kading Road.
July 11, 2020
- A 2008 Kia Roe, registered to Woldegiorgis Mehari Tsige of 1624 Estella St., perry, and driven by Eden Wotdegiorgis Mehari of 1624 Estella St., Perry, collided with a 2013 Buick Encore, registered to and driven by Kelly Rae Mull of 101 S. First St., Dawson, in the 2900 block of Iowa Street. No injuries were reported.
- A 2005 Cadillac Deville, registered to and driven by Elaine Larson of 2745 Summer Meadows Dr., Perry, collided with a 2015 Chevy Malibu, registered to Justin Robert Barnett of 2462 Highway 25, Guthrie Center, in the 700 block of First Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2,500.
- Carlos Alberto Hernandez Salmeron, 23, of 2400 Hickman Road, Des Moines, arrested on a charge of driving while license was suspended.
July 12, 2020
- Officers responded to an attempted burglary in the 2600 block of Willis Avenue.
- Officers responded to a report of verbal abuse in the 2000 block of Fourth Street.
