- Julio Adrian Ruiz, 18, of 1421 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of interference with official acts and violation of a protective order.
- Gualberto Lopez Alvardo, 27, of 1414 Fifth St. Perry, was arrested on a Des Moines Police Department warrant for violation of a no-contact order.
- A 2003 GMC pickup, registered to and driven by Rodney Alan Sayles of 15731 K Ave., Perry, collided with a 2014 Chevy Impala, registered to and driven by Tanner Paul Cleek, 507 West St., Bagley, near the intersection of Iowa Highway 141 and K Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $4,500.

- A 2013 Toyota Highlander, registered to and driven by Alicia Yolanda Torres of 1621 Evelyn St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2019 Mazda, registered to J. P. Chase Morgan of St. Cloud, Minnesota. No injuries were reported.
- Gary Lee Bundy Jr., 28, of 816 William St., Perry, was arrested on a Guthrie County warrant for third-degree harassing communication and three counts of violation of a no-contact order.
- Dylan Lee Curtis Bundy, 20, of 816 William St., Perry was arrested on a Guthrie County warrant for third-degree harassing communication.
