- Michael Patrick Benton, 38, of 401 Willis Ave., Perry was arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury or mental illness.
- A 2007 Mercury, registered to and driven by Shirley Ann Baily of 1715 Pattee St., Perry, was backing out of a driveway when it struck the west side of the garage at 1323 Eighth St. Minor damage was reported.
