- Officers responded to a report of an accident with injuries on Iowa Highway 141 at I Court. The Perry First Responders and Perry Volunteer Fire Department also responded.
- Officers at the Dallas County Hospital took a report of a child abuse. The case is under investigation.
- Officers received a report of domestic abuse report in the 1400 block of Fifth Street.

- A 2011 Toyota, driven by Angel Mendoza-Hernandez of 515 Fifth St., Perry, was traveling north on Fifth Street when the vehicle accelerated, spun out and overturned onto its driver’s side.
- Officers received a theft report in the 1200 block of 16th Street. A plate was stolen.
