  • Kestel, Kevin Kyle, 49, of 1513 Fifth St., Adel, was arrested on a charge of third-offense OWI.

June 3, 2021

  • Ramirez, Benito Jr., 40, of 2665 Summer Meadows Dr, Perry, was arrested on a charge of third or subsequent offense domestic abuse assault.
  • Willis, Kyle Casey, 35, of 401 W. 18th St., Indianola, was arrested on a charge of interference with official acts.
  • Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 2800 block of First Avenue.

June 4, 2021

  • Officers responded to a report of an accident with injuries on Iowa Highway 141 at I Court. The Perry First Responders and Perry Volunteer Fire Department also responded.
  • Officers at the Dallas County Hospital took a report of a child abuse. The case is under investigation.
  • Officers received a report of domestic abuse report in the 1400 block of Fifth Street.

June 5, 2021

  • Officers received a report of harassment in the 1200 block of Lucinda Street.
  • Officers received a report of a domestic disturbance in the 2500 block of McKinley Street.

June 6, 2021

  • Officers received a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of Fourth Street.
  • A 2011 Toyota, driven by Angel Mendoza-Hernandez of 515 Fifth St., Perry, was traveling north on Fifth Street when the vehicle accelerated, spun out and overturned onto its driver’s side.
  • Officers received a theft report in the 1200 block of 16th Street. A plate was stolen.

June 8, 2021

  • Officers received a report of a domestic disturbance at Seventh and Dewey streets.
  • Officers received a report of an assault in progress at 11th and Warford streets.
