- Officers responded to a report of a theft in the 1800 block of Pattee Street.
June 10, 2021
- A 2011 Chevy Silverado pick ofp, registered to Scheib Brothers Inc. and driven by Dane Bradley Scheib of 16446 B Ave., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2020 Dodge SUV, registered to Tye Allan Hegstrom of 102 Fourth Ave., Jamaica. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,250.
- A 2013 Dodge Caravan, registered to and driven by Wdase Bedey Teweldebirhan of 2506 Perry Park Ave., Perry, collided with a legally parked Subaru, registered to Leslie Kemp of 42 S. Glen Court, South Kingstown, Rhode Island. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $1,000.
- A 2005 Ram 1500 pickup, registered to and driven by Jason Alan Ford, 1619 Willis Ave., Perry, collided with a 2018 Subaru Outback, registered to and driven by Amy Louise Badger of 813 S.E. Rio Circle, Ankeny. No injuries were reported. Ford was issued a citation for failure to yield. Badger was issued a citation for failure to provide proof of insurance- accident related. Damage was estimated at $22,500.
- Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 1200 block of 16th Street. A tire was slashed and a vehicle keyed.
