- Traci Lynn Tiffany, 54, of 705 Third St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense domestic abuse assault.

- Kari Kaileen Graney, 60, of 220 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Polk County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of OWI.
- A 15-year-old male from Perry was arrested on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.
- A 14-year-old male from Madrid was arrested on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.
- A 13-year-old male from Perry was arrested on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Warford Street.

- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1500 block of Sixth Street.
June 13, 2025
- A 2014 Dodge Journey, driven by Jacob Charles Fairman of Des Moines, collided with a 2024 Toyota Camry, driven by Paul David Blair of Minburn, in the 400 block of First Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $10,000.
