- Jeffery Arlis Frain, 61, 1804 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense public intoxication.
- Chad Duane Palmer, 42, 1209 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a Perry warrant on a charge of violation of a protective order.
