- Received a report of harassment in the 300 block of First Avenue. Officers were unable to respond.
- Kenneth Robert Williamson, 52, of Emmetsburg was arrested on a Palo Alto County warrant for contempt of court on an original charge of third-offense public intoxication.
- Darrin Clmens Spellman, 25, of 1800 Linden St., Dallas Center, was arrested on charges of driving under suspension and driving while barred.
- Officers responded to the 800 block of First Avenue on a report of theft. The case is under investigation.
