March 13, 2021
- A 2002 Cadillac Escalade, registered to Jason Lomax of 2614 Willis Ave., Perry, was legally parked when it was struck by an unknown vehicle “sometime during the day.” The vehicle sustained minor damage.
March 14, 2021
- Timothy James Warren, 29, of 501 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of second-offense OWI.
March 15, 2021
- Rafael Ramirez Chavez, 46, of 4200 Park Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.
- Karin Renee Leveke, 37, of 4200 Park Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a Polk County warrant for second-degree fraudulent practice.
