  • Tabetha Suzanne Tingwald, 43, 1724 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Brian Roscoe Weltzin, 22, 107 E. Hubbell St., Sheldahl, was arrested on a Polk County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to pay child support.
  • A caller reported a “disturbance” at “her residence” and said someone “pushed her around,” but “she was not injured.” Officers responded.
  • A caller said a dog was running at large. An officer responded, but the “dog got away.”
  • A caller said a dog was running at large. An officer responded but did not find the dog.
  • A caller said “his granddaughter had found a set of keys.” An officer responded and took possession of the item.
  • A caller said two dogs were running at large. Officers responded. At the same time, a woman entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and “reported two dogs matching the description as missing.” The woman said “she was at work, and they must have gotten out of the fence.” Officers responded and “were able to take possession of the dogs.”
  • A caller reported a hit-and-run accident. An officer responded.
  • A caller reported receiving a scam call.
  • A caller “requested to speak to an officer on how she could get custody of her daughter.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said someone was “threatening staff and being violent.” An officer responded, and a Dallas County Deputy Sheriff assisted, and they made contact with someone who “had become upset and was throwing things in his room and had locked himself in the bathroom.” The officer and the deputy told the upset person “that his conduct was inappropriate.”

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
