  • A Boone County caller said “that she had heard a noise outside.” The caller said “she thought it might have been an animal or coyote messing with their chickens.” An officer responded.
  • A patrolling officer of the Perry Police Department found an abandoned bicycle.
  • Officers of the Perry Police Department conducted a funeral escort.
  • A caller said someone “had a beer and is driving” in order “to buy more beer and had three beers already.” The caller said the driver’s “brakes aren’t that good either.” Officers responded.
  • A caller requested an officer help “to get property.” An officer “responded and stood by.”
  • A caller “wanted to know how to go about retrieving some property being used by someone else.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “a large bird is underneath their vehicle after it ran into the glass at their house.” An officer responded and “attempted to remove the bird, and it flew away.”
  • A patrolling officer of the Perry Police Department found a dog running at large. The officer “tried catching it, but it kept running away.”
  • A caller said she “parked her vehicle in the employee parking lot” and now finds the “vehicle is no longer there.” The caller was transferred to the Dallas County Sheriff’s office.
  • A caller said her dogs were lost. The caller called again and said her dogs were found.
  • A caller said her boyfriend “took her truck without asking and was intoxicated.” Officers responded.
  • A caller said a vehicle “is driving at excessive speeds” with “no headlights and occupied by teenagers.” Officers responded.
  • A caller said someone “has been missing since 6 p.m.” Officers were advised.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
