- A 2005 Ford pickup truck, driven by and registered to Matthew Alan Cavanaugh of 2223 Fourth St., Perry, collided with a 2005 Honda Accord, registered to and driven by Kathleen Ann Baskerville of 19015 123rd Pl., Perry, on First Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $1,000.

- Dariel Edgardo Reyes Esquivel, 32, of 1808 Fifth St., Perry was arrested on a charge of third-offense OWI.
- Alexsia Lee Benshoof, 18, of 913 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
