  • A 17-year-old male from Perry was issued a citation for first-offense curfew violation.
  • A patrolling officer of the Perry Police Department encountered “a vehicle that had pulled into the alleyway,” and “two males fled from the vehicle on foot.” Contact was made with the registered owner of the vehicle from Scranton “to see if she had loaned her vehicle out to anybody and, if so, to whom,” and the registered owner said she loaned the vehicle to someone from Stuart.
  • Jordy Jose Lopez Mayorga, 18, 307 Howard St., Rippey, was arrested on charges of harassment and public intoxication.
  • A caller said “her son just passed away,” and the caller “was concerned that her granddaughter” will “be coming to her house to get all her son’s property.” An officer responded. A second caller said someone was “not wanting to give her dad’s property to her.” The second caller was “upset that she is the next of kin and was not aware of any funeral for her dad.” The second caller was placed on hold while an emergency call was received, during which call the second caller “hung up.” The officer responded and “returned her call,” and the “call went straight to voicemail.”
  • A caller from a local retail store reported “a lady that has been there for an hour,” and “he does not want her there.” An officer responded and made contact with the lady, who said “she was waiting for a ride.” The officer “stood by until her ride arrived and took her. All okay.”
  • A caller from Dawson said “he is having an issue with raccoons foaming at the mouth.” The caller was transferred to the Dallas County Sheriff’s office.
  • A caller said “her 13-year-old son was crying because he is missing his Playstation.” Officers responded and the “Mobile Crisis was contacted due to comments” the teen “was making in regards to the stress he is dealing with at home as well as thoughts of suicide.” The teen and the caller were transported to the Dallas County Hospital, “where they will meet with a doctor for an evaluation.”
  • A caller said she lost her phone and “would like to report it as stolen.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “her 16-year-old son was trying to fight other family members.” Officers responded.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
