- The city of Adel reported criminal mischief in the 24000 block of Nantucket Road. Damages were estimated at $1,000.
- Malichi Dean Cerrato, 20, of 2221 Stanton Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a Des Moines Police Department warrant on original charges of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
- Jeffrey Allen Comegys, 27, of 2696 Nesters Trail, Melrose, Iowa, was arrested on a Des Moines Police Department warrant on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
May 7, 2020
- A car-deer accident occurred in the 1700 block of Nile Kinnick Drive S. when a vehicle driven by Alton Conrad of Adel struck a deer. Damages were estimated at $3,000.
- Vencomatic Inc. of Adel reported criminal mischief in the 500 block of Visions Parkway. Damages were estimated at $600.
