- Received a report of forgery. Under investigation.
- Received a report of fraud in the 2600 block of Marengo Drive. Loss of $1500.
- Received a report of possible prescription fraud in the 2300 block of Iowa Highway 141.
- Received a report of harassment in the 1200 block of 16th Street between two students.
- Received a report of criminal mischief in the 1400 block of Willis Avenue.
- Received report of an accident at Fourth and Estella streets involving a 2005 Chevy Cavalier, registered to and driven by Donna Ridnour of 2105 Iowa St., and a 2010 Honda Accord, registered to and driven by Reina Merlos Gonzalez of 624 Third St., Perry. Gonzalez was issued a citation for no driver’s license and failure to yield at an intersection.

- Francisco Jaime-Yanez, 38, 903 Third St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant on charges of first-degree harassment and assault causing bodily injury.
