May 19, 2022

  • A 15-year-old male from Perry was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Javier Mateo Ruano, 18, of 708 Fourth St., Perry, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Bryce William Johnson Parnell, 24, of 1306 11th St., Perry, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Officers received a report of a fight that occurred at the playground of the elementary school. The case is under investigation.

May 20, 2022

  • A 2014 Chevy Impala, registered to and driven by James Daniel Gates of 1721 Bateman St., Perry, collided with a 2014 Ford van, registered to Motor Parts Inc. of 117 S. Chestnut St., Jefferson, and driven by Spencer William Hochstetler of 414 Second St., Perry. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $2,000. Gates was issued a citation for failure to yield upon entering through highway.
  • An officer responded to the baseball field at Pattee Park on a report of criminal mischief. The case is under investigation.
  • Manolin Fernandez Jimenez, 45, of 2508 Perry Park Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of fifth-degree theft.
  • Bryce William Johnson Parnell, 24, of 1306 11th St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.

May 21, 2022

  • Angela Marie Katzmann, 40, of 2620 McKinley St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury.
  • A 2006 Jeep Commander SUV, registered to and driven by Haley Reanna Thompson of 712 Fifth St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix, registered to Kelvin Esteban of 1315 Otley Ave., Perry, No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $2000.
  • Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 1800 block of Dewey Avenue. A report was completed.

May 22, 2022

  • No activity reported.

May 23, 2022

  • Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 1500 block of 18th Street. No contact was made between the parties. The officers advised of options.
  • Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 1100 block of Third Street.
