May 29, 2019

  • Officers responded to the 3000 block of Willis Avenue on a report of harassment.
  • Officers responded to the 1200 block of 141st Street on a theft report.
  • Officers responded to the 500 block of Fifth Street on a report of harassment.
  • Officers responded to the 1700 block of Fifth Street on a report of a domestic dispute.
  • David Norgart, 53, 1701 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense domestic abuse assault.
  • Officers responded to the 1800 block of Otley Avenue on a report of underage drinking.
  • Officers responded to a report of an assault on a juvenile in the 400 block of Second Street.
  • A citizen came into the lobby of the police department and reported harassment while at Pattee Park. The people involved were advised to halt communications in order to avoid charges.
  • Two male juvenile brothers were reported as missing from their home. The juveniles were entered as runaways.

May 30, 2019

  • Officers responded to the 2900 block of Kading Road on a report of a verbal domestic dispute. The parties separated for the time.
  • Nora Hussain Alhmed, 29, 514 Willis Ave., Perry, arrested on a charge of first-degree harassment.
  • Two male juveniles previously reported as runaways were located and returned home.
  • A citizen came into the lobby and reported a theft of $1,200 in property.
  • Officers responded to the 1100 block of Willis Avenue concerning an unruly juvenile.
  • Officers responded to the Dallas County Hospital on a report of two dog bite victims. The owners of the two dogs were trying to break up the dogs’ fighting and were bitten.
  • Justus James Williams, 19, 603 Warford St., Perry, and arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.
