- Jonathan De Jesus Corado Melendrez, 28, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for 27 counts of violation of a no-contact order.

- Jeffrey Lee Hughes, 42, of Bouton, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Karley Lynn Ziel, 30, of Bouton was arrested on a charge of fifth-degree theft.
- Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct near 16th and lowa streets.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 1400 block of Fifth Street.
