  • Kamie Marie Coles, 28, 2620 Marengo Drive, Perry, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A caller said “she is tired of semis driving through the street and hitting the corner of her yard, dragging the rock through the road.” The caller said “there is a semi there now.” An officer responded.
  • A patrolling officer of the Perry Police Department was informed by a citizen about “her vehicle being hit in the last couple of days.” The officer responded.
  • Danny Benshoop, 65, of Perry was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.
  • A caller said “he was cleaning out his father’s house when he noticed a broken window.” An officer was advised.
  • A caller said “she has not been able to get a hold of her husband,” and the caller “wanted to check how her kids were.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “he believes there is a skimmer at Casey’s on Willis.” The caller said “he used the east pump facing north,” and “it was the only purchase he has made today, and “the fraud department called him to inform that out-of-state locations were trying to be withdrawn from his account.” An officer responded and “met with staff at Casey’s, and together they looked at the pump. The seal on the pump was not brorken. The panel was locked, and there was not anything hooked to the outside or inside of the machine.”
  • A caller said he caught a dog running at large. An officer responded and transported the animal to the Perry Animal Holding Facility.
  • A caller said her dog was lost. The caller called again and said her dog was found.
  • A woman entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and “asked to borrow an animal trap” because “there was a opossum in her residence.” An officer responded, and the trap was loaned.
  • An officer of the Perry Police Department removed debris from the roadway.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
