November 16, 2016

  • Serena Gray, 1821 Sixth St., Perry, was issued a citation for second-offense dog at large.
  • The Perry Police Department School Resource Officer responded to a request for assistance with a fifth-grade boy who was “out of control.”
  • A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and said “another stack of hay is missing.” An officer responded.
  • A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. with his father and said he was concerned about his mother, “who called them about an hour ago, saying she was walking to Perry from their Dawson address to report sexual harassment.” An officer responded and “advised them they need to contact the sheriff’s office about that.”
  • A caller from the emergency room of the Dallas County Hospital requested assistance with “a subject who is out of control.” Officers responded.
  • A caller said her nephew “tried to beat her up.” Officers responded.

November 17, 2016

  • Miguel Angel Preciado-Torres, 27, 523 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of driving while barred and driving under suspension.
  • Pashion Marie Foster, 41, 5611 Covenant Drive, Grimes, was arrested on a Greene County warrant for failure to appear.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
