  • Jairon Estuardo Alvarado, 32, 1411 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension and was issued a citation for no proof of insurance.
  • Charlie Fox II, 27, of Lehigh, Iowa, was arrested on a charge of first-offense public intoxication.
  • A caller from a local bank said “they had found a counterfeit bill.” An officer “responded and picked up a fake $10 bill.”
  • A caller said “there was a sick raccoon that had run under her deck.” An officer responded, and the caller was “made aware that she would need to contact the county as it was outside of our city limits.”
  • A caller said “the snowmobile club will be having a side by side with flashing lights, setting up signs around Pattee Park.” The caller “wanted to make officers aware.”
  • A caller said his dog was lost. The caller called again and said his dog was found.
  • A caller “reported that he heard yelling coming from the house across the street from his.” An officer responded and found a group of people who “were having Thanksgiving in the garage and were playing loud music. All appears to be fine.”
  • A caller from Greene County said “he thought there had been a robbery at his place.” The caller was transferred to the Greene County Sheriff’s office.
  • Ian Stucker, 19, 616 Baker St., Minburn, was arrested on charges of driving under suspension and possession of marijuana.
  • Brandon Stucker, 21, 2620 McKinley St., #11, Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of carrying weapons.
  • Two wireless 911 callers reported “cattle running acrosss U.S. Interstate 80 near exit 104.” The Dallas County Sheriff’s office was notified.
  • A caller said “he had been doing laundry at the Perry Washall, and his clothes had been stolen from the machine he was using.” An officer responded and “learned the clothing was placed in the washing machine around 5:30 p.m.,” and the caller “returned at 6 p.m. to find his clothing missing.”
  • A woman entered the offices of the Perry Police Department “with a small black cat she found by the soccer fields in town.” An officer responded and transported the animal to the Perry Animal Holding Facility.
  • A caller said “her neighbors were being loud.” An officer responded and “issued a first-offense warning for disordely conduct” to the “primary resident.”

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
