November 6, 2019
- The Perry Police Department received a report of harassment in the 500 block of Clearview Drive.
- A 2018 Nissan, operated by Nancy Lynne Wright of 601 First Ave., Perry, struck a legally parked vehicle in the 2300 block of Warford Street. No injuries were reported.
- The Perry Police Department received a report of an attempted break-in in the 1400 block of Sixth Street. Officers responded.
November 7, 2019
- A 2016 Chevrolet, registered to Billy Joe Carpenter and Nicole Lynn Carpenter of 204 First St., Dawson, collided with a 2007 Mercury, registered to Kerry Lynn Corrigan of 1820 W. Fourth St., Perry, at Eighth and Warford streets. No injuries were reported.
- The Perry Police Department received a report of fraud in the 2100 block of First Avenue. The case is under investigation.
- A 2013 Ford, registered to Jennifer Lynn Ray, collided with a legally parked vehicle in the 1900 block of W. Fourth Street. No injuries were reported.
- The Perry Police Department received a report of a scam in the 1100 block of 16th Street.
- The Perry Police Department received a report of a female receiving threats in the 900 block of Willis Avenue.
- Charity Marie Lampman, 18, of Perry was arrested on charges of first-degree harassment and disorderly conduct-loud or raucous noise.

- The Perry Police Department received a report of theft in the 400 block of First Avenue. The case is under investigation.
November 9, 2019
- The Perry Police Department received a report of trespassing in the 1700 block of First Avenue. Officers responded.
- The Perry Police Department received a report of criminal mischief and theft in the 1500 block of Estella Street.
- Jennifer Rae Nicolaisen, 40, 2519 Perry Park Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Matthew Ryan Milledge, 29, of 905 Fifth Ave. N., Humboldt, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
November 11, 2019
- The Perry Police Department received a report of vandalism to an air conditioner in the 1100 block of Second Street. The case is under investigation.
- The Perry Police Department received a report of a theft in the 1700 block of Second Street. Officers responded.
- A unoccupied 2010 Ford van slid into a 2010 Toyota Prius, operated by Jackson Oling in the 2900 block of Kading Road.
- The Perry Police Department received a report of harassment in the 1500 block of North street. Officers responded.
