- A legally parked 2016 Chevy Traverse, registered to Jennifer Ruth Lauer of 2110 W. 10th St., Perry, was struck while its owner was in a store. The case is under investigation.
- Lisa Marie Ward, 40, of 2514 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Billy Dean Devilbiss, 36, of 204 Lucinda St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving while barred.
- Natashia Lynn Villanueva, 33, of 6671 N.W. Sixth Dr., Des Moines, was arrested on a charge of simple assault.
