- Kelsey Mae Seronko, 35, of 1807 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on Dallas County warrants for driving under suspension.
- A 2005 Chevrolet Impala, driven by Katie Mendenhall of Lake City collided with a 2021 Toyota, driven by Christopher Joseph Cohea of 2219 Warford St., Perry, in the 1600 block of Eighth Street. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,500.

- Rosa Amelia Perez Diaz, 54, of 1715 Second St., Perry, was arrested on charges of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, willful injury causing bodily injury and first-offense domestic abuse assault with intent to inflict serious injury.
- Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 700 block of Fourth Street. A vehicle’s rear windshield was damaged while parked on the east side of the street in front of the residence.

- A 2016 Chevy Traverse, driven by Sabrina Nicolaisen of 1925 Evelyn St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2002 Toyoda Tundra, registered to Trent Alexander Blaser of 1314 Willis Ave., Perry, in the 1300 block of Willis Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $8,500. Nicolaisen was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.
- Officers responded to a report of child abuse from the 1800 block of Fifth Street. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of drugs found in the 2500 block of Perry Park Avenue.

- Hannah Marie Ladehoff, 22, 809 10th St., Perry, was arrested on a charged of violation of a no-contact order.
- Kaitlyn Mae Dillinger, 18, of 312 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear on an original charge of driving under suspension.
- Officers responded to a report of fraud from the 1800 block of Estella Street.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance from 1800 block of Fifth Street. The case is under investigation.
