- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 1800 block of W. Fourth Street.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the 2600 block of Willis Avenue. The dispute was verbal only.
October 28, 2020
- Rick Lee Ivie, 54, of 2611 E. 38th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a Polk County warrant for violation of a protective order.
- Officers responded to a report of fraud in the 1200 block of Second Street. The case is under investigation.

Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 800 block of Fourth Street. Damage was done to a sensor.
Jeremiah Matthew Messner, 29, of 1319 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
