- Officers received a report of theft in the 2300 block of Willis Avenue. The case is under investigation.
- Mason Lorn Devilbiss Sholley, 21, of 104 Howard St., Rippey, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Christopher Thomas Irvin, 34, of 624 Willis Ave., Perry was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

- A 15-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of curfew violation.
