- Rudolph Zachary Zagar, 39, 2524 McKinley St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for driving under suspension.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 1200 block of 18th Street.
- Officers responded to a report of domestic assault in the 1600 block of Sixth Street.
