September 20, 2024
- Rusty Lee Curtis Lewis, 37, of 2801 First Ave., #48, Perry, was arrested charged on a charge of third or subsequent offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
- Marlon Yahir Alvayero-Ramjrez, 19, of 1509 Eighth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of second-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and first-offense possession of alcohol under age.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1600 block of Sixth Street.
- A 2011 Dodge Nitro, driven by Lily Isabella Avangelina of 604 North St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2017 Dodge CVN, owned by Tyler Matthew Bailey of Ogden in the 600 block of First Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,400.
- A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1100 block of Second Street, where a Sysco semi-tractor trailer was observed striking fencing at the Josh Davis Plaza. Damage to the brick and fencing was estimated at $4,000. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 2800 block of First Avenue.

- Kari Lorene Henson, 48, of 15067 L Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
September 22
- A 14-year-old male of Des Moines was arrested on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief.
September 23, 2024
- Damar Eunice Carrillo of 2402 Lucinda St., Perry, was issued a citation for dog at large.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1700 block of Fourth Street.
