- Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief to a phone in the 300 block of First Avenue.
September 20, 2022
- Donald McChesney, 43, of 500 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.
- Officers received report of possibly fraud involving an elderly person in the 1300 block of 28th Street. The case is under investigation.
- A 15-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of assault.

- Aristeo Diaz, 39, of 1209 18th St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protection order.

- A 2015 Kia Optima, registered to and driven by Jasmyn Kaylee Barck of 16398 J Ave., Perry, collided with a 2021 Honda Pilot, registered to Elba Lidia Guerrero of 1605 Third St., Perry, and driven by Alexa Magaly Lopez of 1605 Third St., Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $4,000. Barck was issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
- A 15-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of assault.
- A 2009 Toyota Corolla, registered to Ruth Angeles Correa of 2216 Warford St., Perry, and driven by Steven Joshua Sanchez of 2216 Warford St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2017 Ford Edge, registered to Paula Lynn Alvarado of 2801 First Ave., Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,250.

- Stephanie Arvella Goff, 52, of 515 Grove St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft.
- Colton Patrick Bishop, 26, of 3915 E. Ninth St., Des Moines, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
- Michael Patton, 42, of 2679 230th St., Duncombe, Iowa, was arrested on charges of second-offense possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Damon Lee Dillinger, 31, of 623 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of willful injury causing serious injury.
- Chayton Lee Miller, 23, of 2849 170th St., Yale, was arrested on a charge of driving while barred.
- Chowng Tyng Wong, 28, of 1113 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-offense possession of a controlled substance.
- Francisco Mora, 30, of 1816 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-degree harassment, interference with official acts and violation of a no-contact order.
