- Officers responded to Wiese Park on a report of juveniles vandalizing the gazebo. No new damage was observed.
- Officers responded to the 1600 block of Fourth Street on a report of harassment. Warnings were given to the parties leave each other alone.

- A Perry Community School District bus, driven by Nancy Abbott of Perry, struck the driver’s side-view mirror on a legally parked Chevy Trailblazer.
September 4, 2019
- A 1997 Dodge Ram Truck, registered to and driven by Travis Mull of Perry, struck a legally parked 1996 Harley Davidson motorcycle, registered to David Norgart of Perry. No injuries were reported. The estimated damage to Mull’s vehicle was $1,500, and the estimated damage to Norgart’s vehicle was $3000.
- Officers responded to the 1000 block of Dewey Avenue on a report of a domestic disturbance. The parties separated for the evening,
- Anthony William Breazeal, 39, of 309 tley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of second-offense OWI.
