Ten members of the Perry Summer Swim Team have earned Iowa West Swim Conference All-Star status for their talents in the pool.
The Perry swimmers honored were Delaney Platt, Sophia McDevitt, Jaylene Karolus, Breanna Penenger, Stephanie Hill, Haileigh Kenyon and Haley Vaughn along with Alec Burgin, Andrew Dowd and Devon Archer.
All 10 were also named PSST All-Stars. They were joined on that list by Addison Huntington, Sarah Vaughn and Riese Archer.
All-Star honors are earned on a points basis, with emphasis on points earned in meets and percentage of points earned in events. The PSST coaches may also award a team all-star honor to an individual they feel has shown great improvement during the season and displayed a selfless attitude and strong team spirit.
Perry will participate Saturday in the IWSC conference meet in Jefferson. The meet is slated to begin at 10 a.m.
