The Jefferson swim team scored a 398-218 win over the much-smaller Perry squad at the McCreary Community Building Pool Tuesday.
Despite facing far greater numbers, Perry produced many victories, with Ethan Winey (13-14 boys) making the most of his first meet of the season by finishing with five wins.
Riese Archer and Andrew Dowd (both 11-12), Chase Archer (13-14) and Caleb Winey, Alex Thompson and Devon Archer (all 15-18) all tallied single victories for the Perry boys.
Stephanie Hill (13-14) led the Perry girls with four wins, with Delaney Platt (8U) and Haley Vaughn (15-18) posting three wins apiece for the girls team.
Breanna Penenger (13-14) and Haileigh Kenyon (15-18) had two wins apiece, with Sophia McDevitt (9-10) and Sarah Vaughn (13-14) both recording single victories.
Perry visits Guthrie Center Thursday and Coon Rapids Tuesday before returning to the MCB pool June 18 when they will host Carroll.
