Dallas County Habitat for Humanity will be Rocking the Block in Perry from Wednesday, Sept. 20 to Saturday, Sept. 23. Volunteers can help with painting, weatherization, landscape and home repairs.
“We could use some volunteers to help us in getting it all done,” said volunteer Jeremy Winter of Perry. “This is a great opportunity to get out and do some good while helping others in your community. Together we can make a difference in the lives of others.”
Volunteers can register at the Habitat for Humanity website, or just show up at Wiese Park at 8 a.m. or noon on any or all of the four days.
