Mason Hoffman, a 2024 graduate of Perry High School, was inducted into the U.S. Air Force on Friday, April 25.
As a member of a military family, Hoffman follows in the footsteps of his parents, Dana and Nathan Hoffman of Perry, who both served in the U.S. Army from 2002 to 2006.
The enlistee’s parents expressed pride and confidence in their son’s decision.
“We are not worried,” said Dana Hoffman, Mason Hoffman’s mother. “He has a great head on his shoulders, and he’s physically fit. We are extremely proud of him.”
