Phyllis Rote of Perry celebrates her 89th birthday Wednesday May 13, 2020.
“She is the best Grandma in the world,” said one of Phyllis’ nine grandchildren, “and currently awaiting the birth of her second great-great-grandson.”
Along with her nine grandchildren, Phyllis six children, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, with the second due in September.
