A scale model of the Oscar Mayer wienermobile, first built in 1936, is among the artifacts and memorabilia at the Carnegie Library Museum.

The Hometown Heritage at the Carnegie Library Museum will engage in a “Conversation With” a panel of local experts on the Oscar Mayer company Thursday, March 30 at 6 p.m.

The panel discussion will feature former Oscar Mayer employees who will share their memories and insights about Oscar Mayer and its place in Perry history.

The Carnegie Library Museum is also hosting an exhibition of Oscar Mayer artifacts and memorabilia, perfectly complementing the “Conversation With” event.

The events are free and open to the public. No registration is required.
