Funeral services for Richard Lavern Morlan, 94, of Swan Place in Carroll formerly of rural Ralston will be at 10 a.m. Monday, April 1 at the Church of Christ in Scranton, with burial in the Dillavou Cemetery northwest of Scranton. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Sunday, March 31 at Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson, with family present from 4-6 p.m.
Mr. Morlan died Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at Swan Place in Carroll, Iowa.
Memorials will be given to the family for Wounded Warriors and may be left at Hastings Funeral Home.
Mr. Morlan is survived by his daughter, Peg Gannon of Jefferson; sons, Ken (Janice) Morlan of Scranton, John Morlan of Platte City, Mo., and Dave (Shelly) MOrlan of Woodward; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
