WOODWARD — Temperatures are expected to reach into the 90s during Friday and Saturday’s Woodward-Granger Softball Classic, the schedule of which was recently released.
Games will be time limited and played at 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. both days.
Friday games on Field 1 (main diamond) are, in order: W-G vs. Pleasantville, Perry vs. Lewis Central, W-G vs. Lewis Central and Winterset vs. Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln.
Field 2 games, in order, on Friday will feature Winterset vs. Madrid, Ogden vs. CB Abraham Lincoln, Pleasantville vs Ogden and Perry vs. Madrid.
Saturday’s Field 1 slate is as follows: W-G vs. CB Abraham Lincoln, Winterset vs. Ogden, W-G vs. Perry and Winterset vs. Lewis Central.
Field 2 contests for Saturday are Pleasantville vs. Madrid, CB Abraham Lincoln vs. Madrid, Pleasantville vs. Lewis Central and Perry vs. Ogden.
Teams listed first for each contest will occupy the appropriate third base dugout.
