Rain forced a change in the venue of the year’s first Perry Community Band concert Thursday and dampened attendance at the Perry Performing Arts Center, but the band played on, lifting the spirits of the small but steadfast crowd of 25.
The community band’s next performance is Thursday, June 18 at 8 p.m. in the Pattee Park Bandshell, weather permitting.
