Six county employees thanked for years of service Tuesday

Six employees of Dallas County were honored Tuesday morning for their length of service to residents of the county by receiving certificates of appreciation from the Dallas County Board of Supervisors.

Dallas County Secondary Roads crew member George Sloan was thanked for his 15 years of service to county residents by Brad Golightly, chair of the Dallas County Board of Supervisors.

“Only four more years,” Sloan exclaimed as he received his certificate of appreciation. He was the only employee present to receive a certificate.

Three employees of the Dallas County Sheriff’s office were each thanked for their 10 years of service: Heather Renshaw-Roll, Max Roll and Brandon Soll.

Thanked for five years of service were Leslie Cox of the Human Resources Department and Jeff Larson of the Sheriff’s office.
