Get in the Christmas mood by attending the sixth annual Tour of Homes and Wine Walk at the Spring Valley Retirement Community Campus on Tuesday, Dec. 10 from 4-6 p.m.
This event is free and open to the public. Guests will enjoy complimentary wine and cheese as they tour the Spring Valley apartments and chat with tenants and other guests.
Wine Walkers will listen to live music by Randy “Doc” McCaulley and the joint Christ Lutheran Church and Perry Lutheran Homes choirs and enter-to-win door prizes while viewing the Christmas décor and more than 50 nativity sets on display.
Guests will then join residents in the atrium to enjoy the music, sample more wine and socialize. This event is a great time to catch up with old friends and meet new ones and to see whether Spring Valley Retirement Community might be the right place for you or someone you know.
In addition to Christmas décor, a variety of nativity sets will be on display throughout the building. Guests are encouraged to count the number of nativity sets they see and make their best guess for a chance on an enter-to-win fantastic door prize.
Head on over to Spring Valley Retirement Community anytime between 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 501 12th St. in Perry. Guests are asked to park on the east side of the building and enter in the northern-most main entry door.
Mollie A. Clark is the director of marketing for the Perry Lutheran Homes.
