Perry endured its heaviest winds Sunday since the Aug. 10 derecho straight-line winds that caused vast damage to property in Perry.
Several downtown facades saw their parts loosened in the gusts.
Saturday’s fair weather gave property owners a chance to improve their commercial properties, from dismantling streateries to assembling window frames.
Monday and Wednesday will bring more wind, with gusts to 30 mph, according to the National Weather Service seven-day forecast.
