Mild mid-summer weather brought a festive crowd to downtown Second Street Friday night for the second annual Perry Block Party.
Block partiers heard live music by the Oreo Meatwagon Trio and enjoyed the beer garden and local food in the heart of Perry’s vibrant retail center.
