Funeral services are pending for Thomas Lee Hagar, 50, of Jefferson will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 16 at Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson, with visitation starting at 11 a.m. until time of service.
Thomas died Monday, Jan. 9, 2017, in a traffic accident.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Lesa; daughter, Nicole (Brandon) Meyers of Urbandale; sons, Nicholas Cook and Nolan (Alyssa) Cook, both of Fort Dodge, and Sean Pollard of Jefferson.
