Three St. Paul, Minnesota, men were booked into the Dallas County Jail Tuesday morning, each facing charges of second-degree theft, possession of burglary tools, possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Raw Taw was charged with second-degree theft, possession of burglary tools, second offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Eh Thaw was charged with second-degree theft, possession of burglary tools, second offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bo Gay Htoo was charged with second-degree theft, possession of burglary tools, first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The circumstances of the arrests and arresting agency are unknown at this hour.
The three Minnesotans are held in the Dallas County Jail in advance of an initial appearance in Dallas County District Court.
